Reward cancellations usually occur for one of three reasons:
- Your Account Is Under Review
In this case, you would have received an email from our security team. If you can not find the email, please check your SPAM and if you are still unable to find the email, please submit a ticket. If your account is under review, you must connect to Paypal and once have done so, please reply to the email received. To connect to Paypal, go to "Wallets" > "Profile" and click "Connect With Paypal."
- Reward Is Out of Stock
In this case, you will receive a follow-up email and the points will be returned to your account.
- Your Points Balance is Negative
This means we received reversals for your account and were forced to disapprove of your reward since your balance was in the negative. In this case, you will see a negative balance in your account.
Please submit a ticket if you have any questions regarding your disapproval.
