My account is under review, what do I do?

Every account in review will receive an email from our security team. If you can't locate the email, please check your SPAM folder.

If you are unable to find the email, submit a ticket with the email you signed up with. If your account is in review, you will need to contact support in order to proceed. Depending on your account, you may be asked to connect to a Paypal account.
