Frozen points are inaccessible points that are removed from your points balance and can not be redeemed. Common reasons include security risks, bot behaviour, usage of emulators, hacking attempts, malicious intent, providing false information when completing surveys or offers, using automated software to complete offers any other means to circumvent our systems. Frozen points are released within 15-45 days of being frozen, assuming that the advertiser compensates us.
