When will I receive my reward?

The majority of rewards are sent within 24-72 business hours (excludes weekends and holidays) of redeeming a reward. Sometimes, the reward can take up to 4 business days. Also, there may be a change in the availability of the requested reward and if this is the case, you will be informed. Before submitting a ticket, please wait at least 7 business days after redeeming a reward. Please check your SPAM folder before submitting a ticket.
