Why do I receive an error message when redeeming a reward?

You may be unable to redeem a reward if our security system finds suspicious behaviour, such as the usage of proxies. If this is the case, submit a ticket.

In addition, you must confirm a phone number that belongs to the country you belong to. To change your phone number, follow these instructions:

  1. Open the menu by clicking your avatar or clicking the down array.
  2. Click "Profile".
  3. Scroll down to the phone number field.
  4. Enter your new phone number.

If you are unable to change your phone number, you must wait for up to one week. Your phone number can only be changed a maximum of once a week due to security reasons. If you are having issues entering your phone number, please submit a ticket.
